Every piece of pottery we send is handled with care. Each order is double-boxed and packed using a thoughtful mix of new and recycled materials that are clean and sturdy — it’s our way of keeping your pottery safe while being kind to the environment.
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within a few business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the item and all the packaging, and hold onto everything — the box and materials are needed for us to file a claim. We’ll make things right as quickly as possible.
Returns
We hope you love your new pottery, but if something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days (2 weeks) of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be in unused, original condition.
If the return isn’t due to a defect or damage, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once your piece is safely back in our hands, we’ll issue a refund for the item’s purchase price (minus the original shipping).
